Mental health worker day center component

Functions:

  • Support and supervise members of the work platform
  • Design and lead workshops related to the needs of members
  • Provide situational assistance as needed
  • Plan, organize and lead development activities and workshops
  • Carry out individual or group interventions
  • Manage social networks for members of the Other Side

Job requirements:

  • Relevant training and experience related to the position
  • Animation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trusting relationships
  • Great sense of planning and organization
  • Demonstrate versatility, creativity and dynamism
  • Sense of responsibility, organization and ability to adapt
  • Professionalism and respect for confidentiality
  • Demonstrate listening
  • Have computer knowledge
  • Have availability to work approximately 1 evening/month
